If it is a variant of real feta, so be it; it is heavenly. Smooth, less salty than I've ever had and raved about by all who taste it. It's wonderful. Make sure it says FETA and not Feta Style. The non-Greek cheeses are cheap immitations of Feta and cost cheaper too. They are called "Greek style Feta".Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
