Hand rolled semolina pasta filled w ramp, ricotta & walnuts and Baparoma baguettes to accompany dinner

All to be served w/ minted pea puree and grilled lamb. Perfect. Simple.

That's a good man Betty! I'm still enjoying my semolina phase. Getting some really fine stuff at Mediterranean Food Imports.
